CS Lock Sliding Glass Patio Door Handle Lock Set Mortise Type B-Position Off Center Latch Keyed, Brushed Chrome

The picture had the handle and the mortise lock. It was sent without the mortise lock. I emailed the company and no one replied.

Lock works perfectly. Installation was simple.

Originally sent the wrong set, which was probably a manufacturer error, and Countryside sent me a correct set with a label for return shipping. Countryside
Was easy to deal with, and quickly sent the lock set I could install right away

Nice looking and good quality.

Sturdy and substantial patio door lock great fit and finish, but my problem came when trying to get duplicate/spare keys for family members. No Lock Smith has been able to make a functional duplicate key? It does come with two keys, but if you should need more keys, you will be out of luck like me.
