Great lock…just didn’t fit the opening. Nothing is ever easy …still waiting for it to be finished!!

I had to take away some of the wood at the back of where the original lock was other than that it fit just fine.

This really works great. Plastic is not on the same planet as thiis one.

We received the new lock promptly, and it fit perfectly over the old one. The only difference was the locking bolt was hinged and not a straight lock. We had to cut the opening a few inches to get the proper fit. Quick fix very satisfied.

I received my order to replace the door lock for my Aunt's glass front door. The ordering process including product pictures and description made it simple to select the correct part, and the installation steps were simple. My 83 year old very active Dad reached out to
Me saying that a locksmith was going to charge him $800.00 to change the lock on his wrought iron door. A new door was $514.00. I’ve asked my Dad to contact me for things that seem out of line. He brought me the old lock and using the name on the back of the lock, with in 7 days he had a brand new replacement lock that works perfectly for $70.00. Thank you

More black than bronze which is what we wanted. Easy to buy and good to work with company.

The lock was exactly what we needed with 1 caveat - it fit perfectly but the screws were for a wood door and our screen door is aluminum - but my smart husband got plastic wood and filled the holes, let it set, and then the screws worked fine.

The Emtek 322 lock body in my door broke. Tough to find a replacement as Emtek no longer makes it. This unit worked great as a replacement. Only took a little bit "customization" as the lock body hole screw was a little off but wasn't too hard. Country Locks shipped fast and the lock is good quality.
