I was sent the lock installed it and it wouldn't work. When the door was locked the key wouldn.t come out. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement lock and it works perfectly. Thank You for correcting the problem.

Lost keys to sliding glass door lock. Ordered cylinder lock. Very easy to replace. Hardest part is trimming the tailpiece to length. Make sure you take pictures as you disassemble.
