The Atrium lockset from Countryside was delivered quickly and is a great fit in the door. The quality also seems to be fine. I had a bit of a problem when reversing the latch mechanism to match the door handing. The latch would hang up and not extend. I eventually got it to work using the screw from the old lockset.

New lock works perfectly, and looks beautiful. I thought about replacing the door, but not now !!!

The lock arrived quickly and came in a matte black which I love. I ordered oil rubbed bronze but a black arrived. I prefer the black and am happy with it. It fits perfectly .

They recommended a very specific hard to get lock cylinder. It worked perfectly and saved me the expense of changing the entire lock. I could tell over the phone the guy was very confident. He knew his stuff.

Replacement lock for a 40 year old broken front door lock. Assembly was simple but the inside/outside handle guards holes didn't line up with what was already drilled. We had to carefully drill new holes with very little metal available but it worked out. Time will tell. I feel shipping should've been free but oh well.

The locking system on our front door broke a spring and could not b repaired. Searching the net came across countryside locks and they had the exact same system at a good price. Ordered the system and was delivered in 4 days, installed it and everything went smoothly. Finally something went right. Thank you guys.

The lock fit perfectly but the handle keeps falling off. The set screw will not tighten and keeps backing out and then the handle falls off one side

When I ordered the Lock Cylinder, it said 3-4 day shipping. It took 2 weeks to receive my lock, mostly because it was sent via USPS. Watching the USPS shipping status was painful. Other than this, everything met my expectations.
