I purchased a replacement Hoppe Lock set a couple of weeks ago. The help I received over the phone was great and I got exactly what I was looking for. I was able to install it in about 30 minutes. My wife was pleasantly surprised because she thought it would take at least 4 or 5 hours for me to do so. I appreciate all the help that you provided.

5-Piece Tri Wings Screwdriver Multifunctional Magnetic Y Screwdriver Set For Hoppe Lock David Gautreaux The screwdriver set did not have a bit to fit the door handle. overall the 5 screw drivers costs about $16 and it was totally not worth it.
The swap was flawless and the new gearbox was is a worked perfectly in less than five minutes.

I placed the order because your website showed the item in stock. I even paid a premium for shipping to get it quicker. After not receiving the order, I made several attempts to contact you. After a week, I was finally was able to get a hold of someone who was rather rude and said it was out of stock. I asked when will you be receiving more and the answer they provided said it could be one day or one month. Certainly not what I was expecting. I finally received my order a month later and was still charged for the 2 day shipping.
I contacted the Larson Company and they didn't make the replacement handle set anymore. Yours fit perfectly. Door works great and I didn't have to buy a new door
