Atrium Door Mortise Lock Trim Set

Thank you for your speedy delivery. Everything was perfect except While putting on the handles I notice that they plastic washer rings that came with my set did not fit around the handle. I tried a few times with no success One of the rings split on me. Is there another set you can send me that fits properly. I currently don’t have them on my handle which causes it to be a little loose. Thank you

replacement was perfect the only issue was the strike plate the screw holes are to large when i took the plate off to paint and then replaced it the plate would come past the screws because i tighten it down once.

A nationwide hardware store told me the part was too old to find and I would need to buy a new door. Before despairing I searched for the lock manufacturer online and Countryside Locks has the same exact part and it works perfectly.
