Deadbolt hard to turn.

I had a hard time locking the deadbolt. I haven't reached out to CL but I also do not use deadbolt.

Countryside Locks was the only retailer that had the exact “Two-Point Mortise Lock Body, Cranberry Color, #13-504C” For my 21-year old Pella Storm Door. It also included replacement hardware. It Installed easily and lined up perfectly. It opens, closes, locks, and unlocks with great smoothness. Don’t purchase cheap replacements from anywhere else, they will not work as good as a quality replacement from Countryside Locks. Highly Recommended.
