I ordered the wrong part. The gal who communicated with me helped me figure out which part I needed and helped me return my first order to place the next one. She was professional, helpful, and patient. The part she recommended is the perfect and my security door is as good as new. I would absolutely recommend these guys and will order from them again, should I ever need to work on one of my Marks security doors again.
