Multilock junior Cylinder jammed

I ordered the jimmy proof multilock assembly. When I received the lock I tried the cylinder with all the keys and found the plug to be sticking but turning. After installing the cylinder in the door, I checked again before attaching the back portion and the plug would not turn. I tried all the keys again and no luck. I remove it and tried again and it was definitely jammed. Now I'll have to pay shipping both ways to get a replacement. Really disappointed with my purchase.
