I was kept abreast with the delivery process thru UPS and the lock was delivered on time. Installing the new lock was a simple process with no hick-ups and it fit perfectly. It was wonderful doing business with Countryside - they understood exactly what I needed for the repair of my glass sliding door and then even when I messed up and ordered the wrong part they corrected the order and made it Right!!! Thank you!

I was afraid I would not be able to find a replacement for a 30 year old door so was happy to find the lock despite price. The replacement lock works well and easy to install. No instructions were included and it required cutting to size at the bottom of the door. I thought $47 for shipping excessive(though well packaged) it arrived a week later than promised.

I have been dealing with this lock for over 10 years problems, problems, problems the manufacture, or the company that represented it. The manufacturer came and worked on our door several different times, and within the year it would mess up again. So I found countryside locks on the Internet. They had exactly what I needed. I ordered it they fulfill the order and I’m very pleased. Thank you. But if I should make one other comment, I think countryside locks should let you know what exactly comes with that lock because if I didn’t have the extra parts at my home, I would’ve been still in the same boat. Thank you.

After many years of putting off replacing my old door locks which barely worked when new I finally ordered from Countryside. The new parts arrived on time and fit and work perfectly. Years of frustration could have been avoided had I found Countryside earlier.
