Cerradura multipunto Fuhr para puerta de patio corrediza con 3 ganchos para puerta de 6 pies y 8 pulgadas.

Medidas de la placa frontal: 5/8 de ancho x 64-5 / 8 pulgadas de largo.
Ganchos: tres ganchos, dos debajo del mango, uno arriba.
Ganchos inferiores Ubicados: 8-1 / 2 y 24-1 / 4 pulgadas desde la punta del gancho hasta el centro del mango.
Gancho superior: 20 pulgadas desde la punta del gancho hasta el centro de la manija, cuando la puerta está en posición desbloqueada.

After much frustration and searching, we found this replacement latch available at Countryside Locks

Looked exactly like the one that failed after 15 years.
Received it and notice it would not fit immediately, but it had markings for specific door sizes, so just removed the excess with and angle grinder, and it fit perfectly.
