Good quality and almost exact replacement for.the one we had. The deadbolt part was a little off from our 1984 model, but we were able to fix that. Looks great.

Lock fit perfectly , I was worried initially as my door and lock were both 30 years old but Countrydise portal portal product descriptions and the product itself came to my rescue. Thank you countryside locks for your service

Lock was correct and arrived quickly. It's hard to explain but I had to disassemble it three times and take a file to the deadbolt tumbler to get it to clear the "dog ear" assembly. It may have been a 32th of an inch that had to be removed to correct the problem. No issue whatsoever with the seller. Just poor quality control from the mfg. Thanks.

These Hoppe gear boxes arrived promptly and were a perfect replacement.

Unfortunately I had to return this item because it is NOT an exact replacement. It does not fit our Atrium door, the keyed side of a French door patio set.

I was able to replace the old locks we did have the key for on our metal bar storm door. And I changed the double lock for a deadbolt switch. Making it safer and easier to use (not to mention up to building code.) Thanks!!

2 Point Bolt Mortise Lock Body Storm Door Will Fit Pella Doors

I had tried and failed with two other mortise locks and this one fit perfect and worked like a charm!

This was EXACTLY what I needed and fit perfectly. Door handle is a little to tight but it works. I am hoping after using it will loosen up.

The 2 handle bushings would not fit. Had to machine the id of both bushings to assemble the lock. Now works great.

I bought this lock and it broke after a short time and couldn’t open my door. I reached out to customer service to see if it was covered under warranty and they never responded to my email or phone call. Hopefully the second one doesn’t break because it’s an expensive replacement but the only one that fits my door. I won’t be buying another one.
