Hoppe Multipoint Lock 16MM Manual 45/92 Gear, Tongue At 26.42", 1" D/B, 36" HH

I ordered the Hoppe Multipoint lock to replace one that was failing. I called with questions about the configuration (to make sure the right size was ordered) and the customer support answered all my questions. Picked up the phone even though they were frantically trying to prepare for an upcoming hurricane. Lock was as expected and installed without problems. Good customer service and on time delivery. WOW!! This replacement part fit exactly as every screw went right back in its original hole. All I had to do was take it apart and put back together everything lined right up and it works perfectly. I have not had this happen very often.
