I paid a priority mail to get asap, system said 2 days and I check after a week, the product still not sending to the mail service. That made delay my schedule to install to my client.

The part came in on time well. I just ordered the wrong size. I sent the part back which is 1 3/8 backset. I need a 1 3/4 backset instead. Will you be sending me back the new size Today?
